Yes, yes, yes!
Timmy can come your school. But it’s not just doing readings. We can also do:
- Literacy work - writing a review, a synopsis or a page out of one of the character’s diaries.
- Storytelling - work on our own animal stories, personification exercises.
- Artwork - get drawing, animating, textiling, collaging!
- TV Shows - do a news show, documentary or Blue Peter style report all about Timmy. And yes, we film it!
- Painting Pots - we can get Shelley & Lindsey from ‘Pots of Love’ to help us paint Timmy inspired plates, tiles, mugs which are then fired in a kiln to make our own personal masterpieces!
- Oh, and did I mention bringing a tank full of Timmy tiddlers???
